With a new factory inaugurated in 2015 and equipped with the most advanced systems, Queijaria Sabores do Dão combines tradition with modernity and, despite having some mechanized processes, all production is based on artisanal methods. They produce goat cheeses, sheep cheeses, fresh goat cheeses, and sheep ricotta.
In partnership with Wenergia, they focused on their energy efficiency with a 390.57 kWp photovoltaic installation, allowing them to avoid 62.7 tons of CO2 emissions per year.
